MISSION

TMT’s mission is to develop the next generation of linemen and line athletes by providing them with key on and off-the-field tools to help them thrive as they progress to the next level of their careers.

Our founder, Coach Kay Okafor has had quite the journey and career as a football athlete. Beginning his football career at Holland College in 2011 as a defensive lineman, Kay moved on to play 4 years at Saint Francis Xavier University where he was ranked on the top 20 prospects in the country. His university career was followed by him being drafted in the 3rd round of the 2017 CFL draft by the Hamilton TigerCats club where he played for 6 years as an Offensive lineman, which included 2 Grey Cup appearances. Kay’s newly found passion lies in continuing being a student of the game while passing on his specialized and extensive knowledge on both sides of the ball to the next generation of athletes.
